TRANSFER COATING LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PVC
AND PU IMITATION LEATHER

Transfer coating line with one or more heads for the production of imitation leather (with or without support), to be used in the most different fields such as the shoes, furniture, clothes, leather goods, cars, gifts and fancy goods manufacturing industries, etc. These lines have been especially studied to satisfy specific production needs, which are now more and more bound to economic factors, such as the demand for high quality, the fast changing world of fashion, the demand for short lenghts, the ecological problems, the ergonomic and regulation issues.

In their most sofisticated version, these lines can be equipped with automation systems integrated to PLC  logic and a personal computer supervising the working process, so as to obtain a remarkable reduction of the time needed to reproduce the items. The best solutions have been found thanks to a well-established state-of-the-art technology. These solutions are, for example, coating heads with extreme flexibility when changes are required, though mantaining sharp precision;drying tunnels featuring high performance and uniformity in air distribution; laminating groups one-coat, allowing for perfect nonstop laminations also with light fabrics subject to easy shrinkage.
