COAGULATING LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TRNSPIRING/COAGULATED IMITATION LEATHER

Lines studied for the production of imitation leather with porometric structure and textile support such as cotton, cotton/polyester and non-woven fabrics, to be used in the fashion, shoes, furniture and leather goods manufacturing industries.

Considering the increasing demand for synthetic leather in these last years, we have developed and realized different line configurations in order to satisfy all needs resulting from the type of textile support (light, medium, heavy), the manufacturing capability (high or low productions), the product hand (more or less soft) and the quality in general.

Different solutions (such as, for example, the possibility of modifying the inclination of the fabric entering the coagulation tub or the possibility to have mobile trolleys allowing to change the fabric lenght in the tub) result in a wide flexibility of production in accordance with the best quality standards.
