DIRECT COATING LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PVC
AND PU TECHNICAL FABRICS

Direct coating lines on natural or synthetic textile supports for the production of PVC waterproof canvas for trucks, coverings for sports facilities, awnings, flooring, bath maths, conveyor belts. Besides PVC and PU materials, we can also coat rubber solutions for the production of items used in the nautical field.

The specific technical requirements for the production of technical items are fulfilled at best; these requirements depend on the particular working conditions, such as: high tension during producion phases, worktables up to 3400 mm, precision of bending tolerances, coating and lamination procedures.

For the production of canvas, we propose a line with a first vertical doctoring, then coating on one side, gelling on a oiled heated cylinder, coating on the other side with the relevant gelling on a horizontal rameuse, all in one passage.
