DIRECT COATING LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FLOCKED FABRICS

Direct coating lines on fabrics or non-wovens for the production of flocked materials with artificial or natural fibres, used in the apparel, clothing, upholstery and wrapping sectors.

To operate with very light materials, the pulling tensions have been reduced to the minimum by mean of an accurate pull control system. New solution have been studied for the coating and curing technologies.

We have developed an highly efficient multiple runs stenter frame for flocked materials, with double ventilation for each compartment, in a reduced total line length.
