COATING LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ACRYLIC BASE ADHESIVE TAPE

Coating lines on PP or BOPP film with water based solutions for the production of adhesive tapes used in packing industry. With respect to this technology we have realised special systems reaching a production speed of 250 m/min, with possibility of automating the work process and nonstop changing of rolls during the winding and unwinding phases. The waste amount (non-adhesive material) has also been reduced to the minimum through the application of a semi-automatic system for the quick change of the Mayer bar allowing to keep the speed line unchanged.
