ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING LINES IN ONE OR MORE COLORS FOR THE PRINTING AND LAQUERING OF IMITATION LEATHER

These lines are particularly suited to the printing of imitation leather, as well as of the PVC  films with or without backing. They have been studied for the deposit of covering laques or inks ( or according to drawings ) through engraved liners easily and quickly replaceable thanks to the blocking/unblocking system with pneumatic cones.

We propose two versions:

a) Working with synchroniztion of the heads by means of dancing rolls;

b) Working with synchroniztion of the heads by means of an electric shaft controlled by vector inverters with encoder (in this latter version each head is also equipped with a timer complete of starting zero setting).
