EMBOSSING LINES FOR PVC AND PU, AND WET AND DRY LAMINING LINES FOR FABRICS, PLASTIC FOILS
AND OTHER MATERIALS

For the embossing of PVC an PU imitation leather, we propose the version with the preheating group (diathermic oil + infrared) and vertical rolling press.
For the embossing of coagulated PU imitation leather with release paper, we adopt a solution with double preheating ( for the paper and PU ) and en embossing group utilizing a heated cylinder equipped with presser and felt.

Also in the field of lamination, different working procedures have found easy application consiedering the extreme versatility of the proposed lines.

We can laminate fabrics with fabrics (cotton or polyester), fabrics with laminated plastic or PVC film, transferable films with imitation leather (head transfer) without stopping the cycle. Finally a compact system has been developed for the production of fabrics laminated with transpiring films.
